With over 26 years of industry experience. Founder and owner Steve in 2018 decided to create a support network for independent coffee businesses due to the chains forcing countless smaller places to shut.
The Independent Cafe Owners Network (ICON) was born.
As ICON grew, its requirement for a head office became crucial. Steve thought 'Well, if we're gunna have an office, might as well be inside a coffee shop!' So that's what happened and ICONIC COFFEE opened it's doors.
In that very 'coffice' shop, the final I's were dotted and T's crossed on ICON's third generation of loyalty app. The very things that joins all independent coffee businesses together.
