📜 Terms and Conditions – Iconic Coffee and CAFE:CONNECT App
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Iconic Coffee and our CAFE:CONNECT app. By using our website, purchasing products or services, or participating in our loyalty program via the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. GENERAL TERMS

  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of iconic-coffee.co.uk and the CAFE:CONNECT app.

  • By accessing or using our website or app, you confirm you are at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian permission.

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. WEBSITE PURCHASES

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate at the time of listing, but we reserve the right to update or correct errors.

  • Orders are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if any item is unavailable.

  • Payment is processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.

  • Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, but may be subject to external factors beyond our control.

3. TRAINING COURSES

  • Course bookings are confirmed upon full payment.

  • Cancellations with at least 7 days' notice are eligible for a refund (minus any admin fee). Cancellations within 7 days may not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

4. CAFE:CONNECT APP AND LOYALTY PROGRAM

  • You must create an account to participate in CAFE:CONNECT.

  • Stamps and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • We reserve the right to adjust or remove stamps if errors, misuse, or fraudulent activity is detected.

  • Rewards are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed at any time.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not responsible for unauthorised access due to lost or shared credentials.

5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

  • Use our website or app for unlawful purposes.

  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation of our website or app.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We strive to ensure all information, products, and services are accurate and reliable. However, we do not guarantee they will always be error-free or available.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconic Coffee is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, app, or services.

7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse our services, or engage in fraudulent activity.
